Chester, England

Chester, a historic Cheshire city near the Welsh border, does not currently appear under its own name in the European Top-400 Regional Markets list. The administrative unit "Cheshire West and Chester" does appear, with a platform-recorded metropolitan reference of Wigan at 35.8 km straight-line — a different city and a different measurement than Chester's Wikipedia-cited distance from Liverpool below, so its absence under its own name is a question of market boundary and naming, not of distance.
