New Europe programme

Woodfine's direct-hold portfolio is intended to expand across New Europe — Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Greece — as part of the broader rollout program. This article describes the planned New Europe programme; it is not a record of current sites, committed timing, or a finalized regional map.

Planned scope

The New Europe programme is intended to define development regions within each of the seven countries — the geographic and jurisdictional zones within which co-location candidates are evaluated and compliance postures, including applicable securities regulation in each country, are applied. As those regions are formally defined, this article will be updated to reflect them.

Site tracking as the programme matures

Candidate sites identified across New Europe will be tracked through the active development pipeline and, where adjacent land is not yet available, the development site monitoring register, as the co-location methodology identifies qualifying locations. Required development counts for each New Europe direct-hold vehicle are documented in the monitoring register; this article does not restate or expand on that site-level detail, which is subject to change as the programme develops.

The New Europe programme's status is planned. This article asserts no site counts, regions, or dates beyond what is already established in the monitoring register and development-regions articles, and will be expanded as the programme's regional structure is formally set.
