A Sub-Prototype originates when a design collaborator is engaged for a specific Development Site: as part of onboarding, the collaborator first comments on the base Prototype, then develops the site's Sub-Prototype in line with it. The adaptation is bounded to a defined set of variables — building orientation, site latitude, parking layout, and structural system — and never extends to the Prototype's underlying economics, which remain fixed regardless of which Sub-Prototype variant a given site produces.

**Test Sites.** The initial deployments used to validate a new Prototype or a new Development Market before the Rollout Program commits to that market at scale.
