- rename catchment-ranking-methodology-v3 slug, strip visible V3 label text corpus-wide, redirect old URL
- fix(markets): generalise tier-gate thresholds; stop the Nordics page arguing with itself
- docs(markets): fold five country co-location indices into their country pages -- Canada, United States, Spain, Italy, Poland each gain a 'Co-location anchor network' section carrying the merged page's anchor network, convergence pattern, tier description, and provenance verbatim; only the duplicated methodology See-also list and licence footer were dropped. Sources archived with superseded_by and redirected to their country page, 5 pre-existing redirects retargeted, and the co-location-tier-system table plus the category index repointed. Mexico and the Nordics deliberately NOT merged and remain live -- no atlas-mexico page exists, and the Nordics index spans five countries where only Norway has a country page, so forcing either merge would have misattributed its scope
- docs(categories): rename 10 index_group labels + split markets Market Coverage group
- docs(projects): rename markets hub 'Screening Universe' section to 'Market Coverage' (H2/lede/short_description/index_group), retire 'screening' as house vocabulary wiki-wide -- replaced with qualification-gate language across 61 market-profile/country-page/system articles and 2 site-selection articles that doesn't imply a ranked filter-down (66 files)
- docs(projects): fix A1 gap -- consolidate tier-index pages into co-location-tier-system.md and rewrite 7 atlas-co-location-index-* pages to remove deprecated Tier 5 star scheme, T1/T2/T3 Valid/Hub/Apex labels, and fabricated Nth-Degree Cluster framework (38 files); real V3 tier system (Regional/District/Local/Fringe) is the only vocabulary now in use, per SCORING-METHODOLOGY.md
