T1/T2/T3 definition here is inverted. The real glossary defines T1 Valid as the
**entry-level** tier (score ≥ 150, "partial co-location confirmation") and T3 Apex
as the **top** tier (score ≥ 700) — the opposite of "T1 denotes the cluster with the
most anchor-type categories present." Separately, the linked URL
(`documentation.pointsav.com/reference/colocation-tier-nomenclature`) points to a
different wiki entirely and a misspelled slug — this repo's own
`[[co-location-tier-nomenclature]]` wikilink should be used instead. This wiki
maintains several unreconciled co-location tier systems reusing the same T1/T2/T3
