Índice de Niveles de Co-ubicación: Europa

El Índice de Niveles de Co-ubicación de Europa clasifica los nodos comerciales de España, Italia, Polonia y la región nórdica según la convergencia independiente del comercio de gran formato y la infraestructura cívica. Cada nodo se puntúa por la proximidad de IKEA (Objetivo Primario) a operadores secundarios de ferretería y almacén (Leroy Merlin, Makro) y anclas cívicas terciarias (salud, educación superior) dentro de los radios de captación definidos, siguiendo la co-location-methodology y operacionalizado por el sistema de clasificación determinista. Las etiquetas de nivel orientadas al mapa siguen la jerarquía ICSC descrita en nomenclatura de niveles.

Escasez de Mercado y Validación Institucional

Lograr una designación de nivel superior requiere la convergencia simultánea de múltiples operadores independientes y de capital intensivo dentro de un radio geográfico restringido. Los compromisos de capital independientes de los operadores en todas las categorías requeridas confirman la solidez comercial del área de influencia.
